The Decatur Texas Municipal Court is joining forces with law enforcement across the State to reduce and forgive arrest warrants. April 1st-30th 2021 persons with active warrants are encouraged to close their cases without fear of arrest.
INDIVIDUALS INTERESTED IN PAYING OFF THEIR WARRANTS IN FULL WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR EXTREME REDUCTIONS AND TOTAL FORGIVENESS OF FAILURE TO APPEAR AND VIOLATE PROMISE TO APPEAR CHARGES!
